The role involves taking responsibility for welcoming guests to the bar in a friendly and helpful manner, supervising the bar ensuring that all standards are met with attention to detail.

As Bar Supervisor you will be required to do the following:

• You will be expected to deliver amazing hospitality and ensure that all guest expectations are met.
• You will also supervise the team during the shift, allocating daily duties to the team and keeping them motivated.
• You will be required to deliver the pre-service briefings, manage the team rota and place orders with suppliers.
• You will be passionate about beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
• You must be organised, an excellent communicator, a hands on supervisor who has excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of working in a similar quality bar is required and knowledge of all types of beverages is an advantage.
• Bar Supervisors must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
