This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager/Sommelier to develop your career and experience in a unique operation, with excellent standards of food and beverage and service.

The Bingham is an award winning hotel and restaurant on Richmond’s riverside, combining contemporary design in a classic Georgian townhouse. The Bingham Restaurant is a popular local destination, recently refurbished and re-launched with Executive Chef, Shay Cooper (from a 3 rosette/1 Michelin star background), the restaurant has opened to critical acclaim.

Events including private dining, winemaker dinners, and weddings, take place in the newly developed Garden Rooms, Richmond, premier riverside events venue.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Guest Focused
• An excellent host
• A strong leader able to support the Restaurant Manager in leading the restaurant & banqueting team to deliver excellent quality and service in all aspects of F & B.
• Ideally with at least 2 years experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a fine dining establishment
• Extensive wine knowledge of Old and New world wine

• Modern British 40 cover restaurant – currently 2 AA rosette
• 200 bin wine list
• Cocktail lounge bar
• Room Service and Mini bar (for 15 rooms)
• Afternoon tea
• Private Dining & Events
