Location: Qatar

Working Days: 6 days per week

Accommodation: Live out accommodation

Reporting to:  Estate Manager

Liaison with: 

  • Head Chef
  • Maintenance Manager
  • Housekeeping Manager                  

We are currently recruiting for a Private UHNW Family based in Qatar and their 5 Star home, this is a very interesting project for the right candidate. The client is in search of a strong F&B Manager with 5/7* Luxury Hotel experience who is able to apply the knowledge, skills and expertise in ensuring the F&B department run seamlessly. The lifestyle benefits working in a location like this are fantastic. Our client is looking for a dynamic, hands on, driven individual looking for a new challenge with a proven track record in similarly high-quality operations.

The Client household delivers a culinary experience to savour. With regular events and sumptuous dinner parties taking place at the client’s decadent home, service and guest experience is imperative.

Food Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Estate Manager, FB manager responsible for the entire FB operation
  • Very hands on operational position, main focus on ensuring a first class offer across the operation
  • Ensuring all targets, costs etc are being maintained
  • Through short, medium, long term planning regular meetings with various HODs ensuring client standards are maintained targets met
  • Training and regular staff reviews
  • Continued service and experience development to maintain increase current levels of client’s home.

The Ideal Food Beverage Manager will:

  • Have a track record in luxury 5/7 star high volume or boutique hotel
  • Be hands on, lead from the front, strong financial acumen, innovative creative, good longevity throughout career
  • Client and service focussed
  • Equally strong in both client facing back of house financials etc
  • The successful applicant will have proven experience track record in a quality operation preferably a boutique Hotel style operation but corporate will be considered with good all-round experience
  • Driven to motivate consistently maintain the highest standards at all times
