Retallack is a five star luxury resort and spa in Cornwall, Set in 100 acres of peaceful lakes and Cornish countryside the resort has plenty going on and offers much more than your average holiday home. The Position

We are looking for Waiting Staff to come and join us on a seasonal basis, working within our newly refurbished The Lookout Restaurant and Lounge or Aqua Park Café. The position will require you to provide excellent customer service to our guests ensuring they have a first class dining experience.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have;

* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous waiting and cash handling experience is essential
* Able to work well under pressure and as a part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
