This simple aim is made possible by our great teams of passionate Restaurant Assistants, offering customer service to be proud of and ensuring nothing is too much trouble.

A Debenhams Restaurant Assistant:

· Makes each customer feel welcome in the restaurant, ensuring they always leave happy

· Naturally thinks like a customer, putting them at the heart of everything they do

· Enjoys talking to customers at every opportunity

· Takes pride in our restaurant environment

· Takes pride in the quality and presentation of our food and drink products

· Works with energy, pace and enthusiasm

· Maintains high standards of food hygiene and health & safety

We’ll provide you with all the training you need to work in the restaurant or kitchen and plenty of support along the way so you’ll quickly feel like one of the team.

This is a fully flexible role and will require you to work up to 5 out of 7 full days per week for which rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance (including weekends & bank holidays). The days and times for each shift may vary depending on the business needs.
