 This 105-bedroom Hotel boasts The Old Rangoon Restaurant, which serves continental and traditional dishes, including an ‘a la carte’ menu. The hotel's bar, on the other hand, is more relaxed and serves lighter bites throughout the day until late evening. Thanks to our 24-hour room service, guests can also order light meals and drinks any time.

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager or a restaurant/bars Manager who wants to move forward in their career. You will be required to administrate the highest standards of food and beverage services to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of department staff and you will ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food and Beverage Service Manager in a 100+ bedroom hotel or good experience as a Restaurant or Bars Manager. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests.
