The Britannia Hotel Wigan is a 124 -Bedroom hotel which offers traditional British meals that are favorable to our guests and locals. We also boast 9 conference rooms catering for between 9 to 300 delegates.

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager or a restaurant/bars Manager who wants to move forward in their career. The successful candidate will have a proven history of managing all food and beverage service areas to ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction, managing food deliveries & stock control whilst delivering coaching & motivation to the team.
