About the Pub

* The Coventry Oak is a part of the Flaming Grill brand
* Day time is mostly food driven with a good mix of older guests along with families, evening trade is mostly family driven.
* The weekend brings a lively and vibrant atmosphere with strong liquor trade, however, the food side is what brings the biggest opportunity and there is enormous potential to build this side of the business.
* The team in the Coventry oak is relatively new but are proving strong and incentivised.
* The site offers great potential for any General Manager looking to make a mark - this site is a large operation and needs strong and proven leadership to restore this fantastic pub back to its former glory
