The Role:

As a Head Chef you will report in to the Operations team and be responsible for;

• Managing, motivating and staffing your team, supporting them to consistently exceed company standards
• Responsibility for GP%; controlling costs such as operating, purchasing and staffing in line with budgets
• Ensuring all requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety are met

This role needs a skilled, passionate and experienced chef who is well organised, hardworking, an inspirational leader and fantastic team player with unwaveringly high standards and fantastic attention to detail.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A passion and flair for delivering quality food using fresh ingredients to specification.
• Fantastic communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with Front of House, kitchen and Head office teams.
• The ability to manage, motivate and take responsibility for the kitchen team.
• High volume experience providing quality food consistently in a fast paced environment
