Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager
to join our Conference & Banqueting Team.

Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager Overview
The Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager will be responsible for supporting the Conference & Banqueting Manager in the smooth running of all functions and events operations within the C&B department. This will involve overseeing a wide variety of different events including weddings, private dinners and conferences. As Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager your role is to provide the highest quality of guest service, ensuring total guest satisfaction and maximising repeat custom.

Attributes/Experience
You will need a strong operational track record within the Hospitality industry, with a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage.
You will have excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self motivated.
You will be enthusiastic, customer-focused and work within deadlines set to meet business and customer demands.
Proven experience of managing a team is essential as is the ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve the targets that will be set.
You should be able to demonstrate a successful career within a Conference & Banqueting environment.
