Shifts: 5 over 7 days, covering days, backs & nights

Job Description

Leading and working alongside a small close-knit team, our Team Leaders ensure the daily plan is implemented and all targets and deadlines are met, but with an eye for detail so that only the highest standard of goods are produced and packed.  Positive and enthusiastic, they engage with their teams and are on hand to provide direction and support whilst still ensuring all policies and procedures are met.

Skills

  • Comfortable with handling, preparing and selling food, long periods of standing, some lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
  • Legal entitlement to work in the UK (e.g. Valid VISA or Work Permit for non EEC residents).
  • No evidence of respiratory problems (some of our environments may expose individuals to flour and dust and would not suit those with respiratory problems).
  • Team Leader experience.
  • Flexible in availability for working hours (as may be required to work different shifts each week, or have to work overtime).
  • Basic numeracy and computer skills, e.g. adding, percentages, has used a computer before.
