We have a great relocation opportunity for you in our company M&D Ltd. Our company owns and operates two restaurants on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands.
We are looking for high energy professionals to join our company in Guernsey and help provide excellent service in a various amount of roles:

Supervisor

To join either our French Restaurant & Brasserie www.petitbistro.co.uk or our Gin Bar & Restaurant www.octopusgsy.co.uk with stunning views over our sister islands.
We are only looking for very serious individuals, passionate about food, wine, great personal presentation and a good command of the English language.

Company

We are a company based in Guernsey, Channel Islands which owns and operates two restaurants. One of which is a French style restaurant, Le Petit Bistro and it’s adjoining brasserie Le Petit Café. The other restaurant, Octopus GSY Bar and Restaurant, is a seafood restaurant with beautiful views overlooking the sea.

The island has much to offer including a great source of local produce which we only use. We pride ourselves on our great relationships with local suppliers who provide us the freshest ingredients the island has to offer.

We also grow our own fresh produce in our greenhouse, where we grow vegetables and herbs that we use for our bars and kitchens.
