We’re looking for a Breakfast Manager to join the crew at the Southampton Harbour Hotel and Spa.

This 85 bedroom yacht-inspired hotel features an indulgent spa, award-winning Jetty restaurant concept and buzzing HarBar on the 6^th, all with views overlooking the harbour.  Awarded its 5 star status in 2018, Southampton Harbour hotel and spa has become our flagship property bringing the ultimate in luxury to the city.

We have a superb opportunity for a Breakfast Manager to join the team looking after breakfast service within the Harbar on 6th. As Breakfast Manager you will be required to lead the breakfast operation to ensure a seamless guest service delivery. You will ideally currently be working in an assistant or supervisory F&B role and looking for the next step in your career. Strong leadership, a passion for service excellence and a determination to be the best is essential.
