The 126-bedroom hotel boasts beautiful views of the town and the surrounding area of South Devon, making it one of the best situated hotels in Torquay.

The Hotel boasts an on-site restaurant and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor on to the team.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to;

  • Ensure that all standards of performance within the Restaurant/Room Service are maintained.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of employees for the Restaurant in accordance with Company Procedures.
  • Liaise with all Food and Beverage departments including the Kitchen to ensure that all guest requirements are met.
  • To be fully familiar with all Health and Safety instructions relevant to your area of work.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a 100+ bedroom hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests.
