As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth operation of the bar facilities and team, being responsible for stock take and ordering, amongst other duties such as monitoring and motivating your team through busy services. As Supervisor you will have a natural ability to support a successful team, and have a wealth of the beverage knowledge.

Duties:

  • To be involved in the setting of the Bar targets and objectives, and to monitor and strive for their achievement.
  • To input new ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edge.
  • To compile required statistics/reports;
  • To ensure the implementation of procedures concerning recording of stock movements e.g. correct charging of items, billing.
  • To ensure stock items behind the bars are always within expiry date.
  • To add duties related to management/training of the team members
  • To oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policy.
  • To ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to company standards.
  • To take prompt action to resolve complaints according to company policy.
  • To build positive relationships with clients/guests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the bars.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possess exceptional IT skills to enable you to complete cash up duties and maintain the Stock control.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, supporting the Management in leading the team to deliver on sales targets whilst providing exceptional service to every guest.
  • Understand the need to maintain a safe working environment taking care of the team and our guests.
  • Previous experience in a similar food & Beverage environment.
  • Interpersonal skills.
