This stylish hotel boasts 228 modern bedrooms along with our Steam, Bake and Grill Restaurant, an on-site restaurant along with two lounge bars, as well as room service throughout the day and evening. Daresbury park also provides catering for conferences and events, our venue offers a choice of event spaces, and we can hold up to 350 people per event. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager on to the team.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be required to;

  • Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.

  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure that all food and beverage service staff are recruited, trained and developed in line with current and future business requirements.

  • Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.

  • Ensure Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.

  • Ensure all rotas are prepared and controlled in line with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
