We’re looking for a Food Runner to join the crew at the Brighton Harbour Hotel and Spa.

This 79 bedroom hotel features a luxurious Spa, award winning Jetty restaurant and Brighton’s ultimate destination cocktail bar, HarBar.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Runner to join the opening restaurant team. As Runner you will work as an integral part of the front of house team to serve food to the guests from the kitchen. You will also complete back of house duties as required to ensure the service runs smoothly.
