Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or a similar high quality food and beverage environment.
To be successful in your application for a role with us, you must possess the following:

• A proven track record in great customer service, showing an understanding & responding pro-actively to customers’ needs
• Previous Cocktail Bartender experience
• A genuine passion for mixology
• Fantastic attention to detail
• The ability to communicate clearly and openly with colleagues
• Immaculate in appearance
• Be focused on results – always pushing to achieve ambitious targets efficiently & effectively
• An ambitious and forward thinking nature - focusing on the future, not just today possessing a desire to develop
• Be innovative – always seeking out and suggesting new ways of doing things to improve your self and your team’s performance
