The Role

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual with experience in a high volume, fresh food environment. We are seeking an experienced multi site manager, who is highly adaptable and enjoys developing and training teams. You must also be able to drive brand standards, whilst controlling costs and motivating your teams.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality
  • Ensuring the delivery of excellent service standards
  • Work with teams to achieve KPIs and drive site profitability
  • Managing and motivating your site teams
  • Training, coaching and developing of site teams
  • Managing new openings in your area
  • Driving brand standards and ensuring adherence to H&S regulations
  • Short and long term business planning to help grow individual sites and the business as a whole
  • Exceeding our customer’s expectations
  • Contribute to whole business planning (e.g. menu development, brand standards etc)

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for good honest, fresh food which is served to the highest quality by staff who consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Key Experience and Attributes:

 

  • Extensive experience in hospitality industry either as an Area/Regional  Manager, or as a General Manager ready to make the next step
  • Ability to drive sales through improving standards
  • Strong financial awareness in order to meet financial KPIs
  • Leads by example and gets ‘stuck in’
  • Perceptive leader with a real passion for managing and building strong teams
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Self motivated
  • Must have the “Hospitality Spirit”
