General Manager - Chelmsford

The Bootmaker opened in 2017 following an extensive redesign and is the first of McMullen’s new high street bars which offers a relaxed atmosphere bursting with character and design. We serve contemporary yet traditional cocktails with the freshest ingredients, bespoke seasonal dishes and offer truly attentive service so finding the right General Manager is essential.

The ideal candidate for this position must already be running a similar style and size business, however a first-time appointment maybe considered given the relevant experience.  As a General Manager for McMullen's you will have the opportunity to input your ideas into the offer, have access to exceptional training and development both for yourself and your team, plus work within a family run company who truly looks after their people.
