From previous management or supervisorial experience in hospitality or leisure you will have acquired outstanding business acumen.

As you divide your time between our residential inductions and our training house of excellence, we'll ensure that you have all of the knowledge and skills needed to be able to bring your own winning ways to your new business

About the Site

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a branded environment with a proven track record for high standards, and has a passion for hospitality and the service we give.

You will be responsible for:

*Preparing and cooking dishes to spec

*Leading a team of 5 and ensuring their training is all up to date

*Food ordering and weekly stock counts



*Dealing with EHO and NSF audits when they arrive

*To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service within our kitchen

The Feathers is a beautifully refurbished site, with a pub and restaurant on one side of the car park and a 30 bedroom hotel in a converted stable block the other side.
