Having had numerous name changes this full of character public house is now recognised as the oldest Pub in Tunbridge Wells

The Compasses is a great pub in a lovely location. Situated just off of the old high street in Tunbridge wells, it is certainly worth the short clamber up the cobbled hill.
The Compasses offers a wide choice of real ales, Gin & a great wine selection which is excellent for all occasions. It maintains a traditional and cosy feel, whilst still having the space for larger groups to socialise.

We are looking for a General Manager who has the passion and experience to increase food sales within the community and Lead there team from front with a positive can do attitude.
