To help us maintain our outstanding reputation we’re recruiting an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, it will be your job to ensure that your restaurant & bar operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos.

Key tasks & responsibilities

• This is an exciting time to join and support in taking our Restaurant and Bar to the next level, the key focus will be on driving revenue and maximising profitability, whilst retaining our reputation as a destination venue within a thriving central London hotel.
• As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, your aim is to support the Restaurant& Bar Manager in exceeding expectations and lead a motivated team, to deliver inspirational service. Your passion and knowledge will aid the development of the team and encourage career progression.
• Managing a large team will form an essential part of your role & responsibilities. This will include continuous training and rota management to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation.

What we are looking for

• Someone who has a passion for food in particular Pan-Asian cuisine who could bring the concept of LOVE, SHARE and ENJOY to life.
• Someone with previous experience within a high volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers
• Someone with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent IT skills including experience with food systems such as Micros & Open Table.
