Aspart of our family of associates you will host a blend of guests & events includingweddings, golf, sports teams, corporate guests & leisure visitors.Specific duties include; Ensure that staff are working together as a teamInspect work areas and staff uniforms fordefectsAssist in coaching, hiring and developingPreparing and monitor the Restaurant/Bar areasfor service and guest comfortProviding a warm welcome to guests, advisingthem of menu options and answering questions about products & serviceswhere necessaryRecord all transactions in the MICROS tillsystem at time of orderProvide food and beverage service, includingalcohol and non-vegetarian itemsCommunicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions,the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability.
