Part-time Catering Asssistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Part-time Catering Assistant to join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining the Staff Restaurant, ensuring it is to the highest of standards. You will be quick, efficient and accurate, providing a prompt service delivery. You will assist the Chef in setting up counter for service, ensuring all cutlery, napkins, china etc is topped up. Ensure all temperature checks & cleaning schedules etc are completed.  You will follow correct hygienic food handling practices and follow the restaurant’s cleaning and waste disposal practices.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent kitchen knowledge along with an understanding of food safety and hygiene for the environment you will work in. Please note that this is a Part-time (20-hour/week) role with set working days of Saturday and Sunday.

To be successful in this role you will bring experience as a Catering Assistant in a 5-star establishment and/or experience in a restaurant.  You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills.
