We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to join our stunning centre  in Mold, North Wales to support the delivery of operations, profitability, performance and growth of the centre. Supporting the delivery of an environment where customer focus drives the delivery of KPI’s, company’s mission statement and strategic objectives.

About you

We are looking for a driven, results driven, committed and hardworking individual that has the ability to drive, motivate and enthuse teams. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator that is confident and has great interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget and a good understanding of financial targets and budgets.
