Salary: Anticipated earnings of £28,000 to £30,000 (including Tronc) depending on experience.

We are casting our net to look for a fun and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our management team. You will assist the GM and AGM to inspire, motivate and lead our passionate Front of House crew to deliver the best seafood experience to our guests. Great attention to detail is important, but our Restaurant Manager is mainly enthusiastic, reliable and always willing to expand their knowledge in exchange for development
