Assistant Catering Manager – Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Catering Manager – Food and Beverage Supervisor

Fixed Term 8 Month Contract- 39 Hours per week 

Our Assistant Catering Managers are the leaders for our onsite Café Facilities. They are tasked with ensuring the team delivers high quality food and drinks and an engaging service for our members and visitors.

We can offer a fantastic working environment and are looking for applicants who have previous Supervisor experience and want to work as part of a team! There are positions available to join us at Herons Leisure Centre

*A current Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is essential

Some of your duties will include:

• Ensuring Health and safety is at the forefront of all that you do
• Completing orders and undertake stock control procedures
• Implementing and maintaining all site standards and procedures
• Training your team and looking after their day to day needs
• Communicating with members and visitors and inviting feedback on food/drinks on offer
• Cash handling and front of house duties
• Looking after our customers - ensuring all visitors have a great experience every time they visit
