Commis Chef needed in co-working space cafe (MONDAY - FRIDAY DAYTIMES ONLY) 

Farm Girl have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Commis Chef to work in their sister cafe, the Feeding House. The Feeding House is a brunch cafe, inside of Great Western Studios, serving speciality coffee and healthy, Antipodean cuisine to the studios holders and employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Food preparation (washing, cleaning, cutting and cooking food stuffs).
• Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Ensuring food preparation areas are clean.
• Rubbish disposal. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• At least one year experience in a professional kitchen. 
• Knowledge in prepping meat and fish. 
• An excellent standard of cooking skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
