Kitchen Supervisor - Le Pain Quotidien - Central London

By joining the Le Pain Quotidien family as a Team Leader back of house, you will be responsible for the daily management of your bakery-restaurant, being an ambassador for the brand and share you will share the same values.

As a Team Leader you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Training and development – As internal progression is really important to us we ensure that all our teams receive continuous training and development opportunities, it will be your responsibility to lead the Team Members in the General Managers absence and ensure they receive support and training where necessary.
  • Leadership – By working as a Team Leader you need to lead from the front, ensuring you guide, motivate and inspire the team whilst building strong relationships with team members and senior management.
  • Health and Safety – Making sure the health and safety of both the customers and the team is of high priority.

Previous experience of managing a team within a customer facing role is essential but you will receive continued training to develop your skills within the hospitality field.
