Bartender - London

The Mandrake, an award-winning luxury boutique Soho hotel announced its arrival on the London Hotel scene in August 2017 and continues to offer our guests an elegant & arty setting within a buzzing vibe, DJs and live bands – as well as an ideal place to celebrate

We are looking for the best-talented people in town, that can bring their expertise, knowledge, and passion for great food along with their COOL PERSONALITY, STYLE, and CHARACTER along with dedication and passion customer service

We operate two amazing bars and are recruiting for bartenders

• All applicants will have excellent communication skills in English
• Be fun-loving, have a big personality and enjoy the culture that
• this industry offers
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Preferable previous experience in high end venues.

Specific Experience required

• Minimum of 2 years’ Bartending experience
• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks – classic and modern mixology
• Working experience within busy Club, Nightclub or Restaurant or any busy high end hospitality venue
• Excellent personal presentation and spoken English
