We’re launching our own version of coworking and are looking for a Head Host to play a crucial role in the success of this new concept! If you get a kick out of creating an exceptional experience for members and your team alike, then this is the role for you.

We have always done coworking...Since 2006 The Hoxton has been home to laptop savvy workers making use of super-fast Wi-Fi and comfy sofas as they hustle away in a place that feels like home. So it feels only natural for us to take our love for great experiences and create a space that offers everything you need to do your (other) day job or take over the world, in our stylish and comfortable surroundings.

Our first London coworking site will be part of The Hoxton, Southwark, set open later this year. There’ll be something for everyone. Think hot-desking, open studios and dedicated offices, events & wellness spaces, a member café & bar, and a stimulating events programme – all with stunning views over the Thames.

What you’ll do…

Lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing a great member experience and comfortable turning to you with questions

Manage the daily operation of the Host team in terms of allocations, briefs and equipping them with all the tools to succeed

Ensure our space is set to impress from first light to close of play and everything in-between

  • Oversee our membership profile systems, meeting rooms and meeting room calendar
  • Work closely with the rest of the coworking team providing a great experience for members, from first contact to when they become part of our family and beyond

What we’re looking for…

  • Experience in a similar role supervising hosts and front desk teams
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Nexudus
  • Someone who’s great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships; people are naturally drawn to working with you
  • You understand hospitality, it’s in everything you do
  • You pay attention to the details and care about creating great work
  • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
  • You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get shit done
  • You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
