Front of House Supervisor - Farm Girl @ Sweaty Betty - Soho, London

Farm Girl are looking for an enthusiastic FOH Supervisor to join their Central London cafe. The cafe is located inside of Sweaty Betty's flagship store on Carnaby Street, which also contains a pilates studio and blow dry bar. If you are passionate about customer service, wellness, great food and artisan coffee, we would love to hear from you! 

FOH Supervisor role:

  • Deputising for the General Manager.
  • Delivering an excellent guest experience, creating and maintaining relationships with Sweaty Betty Team and staff. 
  • Running food and taking orders.
  • Stock taking and cashing up.
  • Cash handling and filing expenditure.
  • Day-to-day running of the café.

What we look for in a FOH Supervisor:

  • Some Barista experience (not essential but preferable)
  • A hands on and proactive approach.
  • Experience in a customer focused role.
  • An awareness of food hygiene.
  • Ability to practice our core values.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Enjoys and wants to be an active member of a team.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Skilled in organising and planning.
