As a Food & Beverage Senior Team Leader, you will be fully responsible for managing the day to day operation of our Staff Restaurant ensuring H&S is priority with your team, your restaurant is staffed, clean & delivering the best experience possible with great service & awesome food!

Supervising a team of seasonal Hosts & Team Leaders with hands on approach; actively ensuring high standards of Adventurer care are maintained by all.

You will act as a department ‘duty’ on a regular basis; taking responsibility & representing the whole F&B department for the Resort responding to Manager & Guest enquiries and rectifying any issues that arise in the day. Finally you will be constantly aiming to meet & improve internal targets such as Hygiene audit results, staffing budgets, KPIs, Mystery Customer audits and stock take results.

You could come to us from any number of food retail outlets. What will matter most is your keen eye for detail, creative approach to solving problems and strong leadership skills.

You’ll already have supervisory experience; and like us, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while inspiring your team to do the same.
