Here at Chessington World of Adventures Resort we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join the Food & Beverage Team. In this role you will provide staff kitchen services for our 1000+ Resort employees
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
To manage, lead and develop a team of people in order to provide the required quality of food, at a pace consistent with the environment, and satisfying the needs of the business
Ensuring that Company policies, procedures and standards are maintained.
Ability to work well under pressure
A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team
A strong understanding of how to run and manage a kitchen
Realising your potential and helping others to achieve theirs
Pride in the highest levels of cleanliness and health and safety
Experience with PC’s, pre-set tills, stock control & ordering.
This role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. You will need to be flexible to work some long days, weekends and bank holidays if needed due to the nature of the business.
