We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Team Leaders to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!  

 

In this role you'll create a fantastic guest experience by ensuring at our outlets are fully operational and that budgeted revenues are achieved on a daily basis.  Reporting to the Restaurant Managers, you'll be tasked with motivating and leading a team of Hosts to deliver excellent guest service and drive the highest service standards.  You'll be responsible for company property, outlet keys, equipment and daily revenue.  Other responsibilities include assisting with training and stock control.

This role can be either full time or part time, fixed term, from March 2019 until 3rd November 2019, working weekends and bank holidays as required.  The pay rate is £8.71 per hour and are in line with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage.
