SALARY: £26,000 upwards plus perks and benefits

About The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager for our laid back Cocktail Bar Two Floors in Soho. A passion for spirits and drinks is a must and prior experience is desirable. However, the right personality goes a long way.
About The Role
The AGM will assist the General Manager in the overall running of the business operations. Our team of AGMs are responsible for the day to day running of the service so we are looking for experienced managers who are passionate about working with food and drink. They must also recognise the importance of ambience and experience in large scale venues and be adept at reacting to issues.
Office duties include ordering, stock control procedures, rota building to target, compliance. Service responsibilities include running services, managing both BOH and FOH teams and responding to and resolving issues.
We are currently recruiting for two sites: Two Floors, a legendary cocktail bar in Soho, just off Carnaby street.
