Reporting directly to the Entertainment Experience Managers, you will be responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the Experience Show Department which includes all Dancers, Skin Performers, Actors and Rangers. Managing and completing the experience department rotas and taking on projects such as recruitment and training of hosts and Rangers. You will take on the role of Entertainments Duty Manager regularly and deliver daily team briefs, as well as coaching and developing your team through leading regular training sessions and giving post-show performance notes.

We require our Team Leaders to be self-motivated and proactive leaders within the team. You will need to be confident to feedback show notes to ensure the highest standards from our performance teams. We are looking for someone who can display a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving the objectives of the department and resort.
