A Hotel Manager with high achievement motivation, inspirational leadership talent and unique management style is invited to apply for the role of Hotel Manager in this superb. USA Hotel brand. This role will suit a Hotel Manager with experience from leading, globally recognized, luxury and lifestyle Hotels.

Reporting to the GM, The Hotel Manager:

• Is responsible for the Rooms Division Department in the Hotel
• Is an active member of the Hotel’s Executive Committee
• Leads the day to day operation of Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Spa and F&B.
• Manages all aspects of superior guest service to discerning clientele
• Leads and inspires the talented Hotel team to brilliance
• Enhances superior guest experience standards
• Develops strong guest relationships ensuring prompt and effective service quality
• Manages the finance function of the Rooms Division department including analyzing monthly P&L reports, setting and controlling labour standards and other expenses, preparing the annual budget and achieving revenue goals.
