We are looking for a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a fantastic restaurant team at London’s finest Luxury Health Club. The Lanesborough Club & Spa is one of London’s most exclusive private members’ fitness and health clubs, offering hotel guests and club members access to internationally recognised experts in the fields of fitness, beauty and wellness.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role. You will have a real passion for food and drinks, enabling you to up sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu.  You will be a team player, with a key focus on training and development of your team to ensure that your team create a memorable experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes

• Experience in a similar role within a restaurant is essential
• Barista or bar experience is desired but not essential
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Passionate about fitness and wellness is desired but not essential
• Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
