Food & Beverage Supervisors at our Marriott Hotels &Country Clubs enjoy a varied and very active role in providing our guests withmemorable and unique experiences. Aspart of our family of associates you will host a blend of guests & events includingweddings, golf, sports teams, corporate guests & leisure visitors.

Specific duties include;

Ensure that staff are working together as a team

Inspect work areas and staff uniforms fordefects

Assist in coaching, hiring and developing

Preparing and monitor the Restaurant areas forservice and guest comfort

Providing a warm welcome to guests, advisingthem of menu options and answering questions about products & serviceswhere necessary

Record all transactions in the MICROS tillsystem at time of order

Provide food and beverage service, includingalcohol and non-vegetarian items

Communicate with the kitchen regarding menuquestions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability.Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and specialrequests to the kitchen

Complete closing duties, including cashhandling/banking

Report any maintenance or security issues tosupervisors

Participate in training when required
