The Restaurant

We have 5 restaurants in Fortnum & Mason Piccadilly, each with its own distinct style and personality.

Our light and lively Gallery Restaurant has a well-deserved reputation for offering a taste of the Fortnum’s Food Hall, with a fresh and seasonal menu using ingredients of the highest quality and known provenance.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will:

• Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service and manage effectively guests’ complaints
• Train and mentor the staff to motivate and provide the best in service
• Support the management team in the smooth running of the shift
• Be confident and have a welcoming personality
• Be an outstanding team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels
• Have experience in rota management/labour cost and cost control
• Have experience within a high quality establishment
