Head Host - 1751 Bar & Restaurant

1751, a modern British brasserie bar and restaurant, is named after the Gin Act of the same year. This unique new restaurant and bar boasts an extensive gin menu and in-house distillery.
A premium destination for masterful mixology and exceptional food; the botanical-themed designed bar and restaurant is the perfect place to grab breakfast, a light lunch, dinner, after work drinks or geeking out on gin.

We’re looking for a Head Host with great interpersonal and communication skills who after a day of business development will enjoy nothing more than meeting and greeting that night’s clients. Head Host’s will be present during service, hosting guests and ensuring a smooth service using the booking system.

Head Host Role -
•Drive guest list and area bookings for all social and corporate occasions, through cold-calling, networking and building relationships with our valued customers
•Perform face to face meetings and show rounds in the venue
•Build new relationships and establish new business
•Promoting themed events
•Manage a computer-based booking system
•Continue relationships with existing customers
