Food and Beverage Manager - London Leicester Square​

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our Grosvenor Casinos, London collection.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone to make a real impact on our Food & Beverage offering at our Casino on Leicester Square. You will support the overall operational management of the unit, including the management of Team Members, particularly focusing on F&B.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring that all food and drink served is compliant with company policy and specifications
• Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and repaired.
• Ensuring that all stocktaking is carried out accurately and carried out in line with company policy.
• Taking responsibility for company audits when necessary.
• Managing the unit within Food and Beverage and Health and Safety guidelines and ensuring that all checklists and reports are completed in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring that presentation standards of people, product and premises meet company standards
• Recruiting, managing & developing the team in a way that ensures a high level of multi skilled employees

You will be experienced in Hospitality Management and will have an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, relevant legislation and best practice.
