Interstate Hotels & Resorts are looking for an experienced full time Night Porter, confident, efficient and passionate in the delivery of excellent customer service to join the team at the fantastic Hotel Indigo Manchester Victoria.

As Night Porter you will report directly to the Night Manager and will be assisting in the smooth running of the Night function, ensuring that all Front of House areas are cleaned and ready for the following day.

We will be looking for people that are customer focused and great communication skills.  In order to play a key part to this role, you must be calm professional at all times and be confident in the ability to co-ordinate all guests in safe evacuation and Fire safety.

The successful candidate must have at least two years proven experience on nights, within hospitality.  You must be knowledgeable in systems and night audit and have a keen eye for detail. 

Experience within a 4* hotel is essential, preferably within the IHG brand. It is essential that you have Opera experience, great communication and organisational skills, along with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring all our guests leave Hotel Indigo having enjoyed an ‘inspirational experience'.
