The role you play

At Kitchen at Holmes we focus on creating intrigue and belonging through our style, heritage and sense of discovery. Your focus is providing tailored service to our guests and our team. You personally welcome our guests and host them throughout their visit. You create a sense of belonging and a home from home.

How you do it

You see that our guests have an effortless visit through ensuring your teams have clean and polished cutlery, glasses and tools where and when they are needed, proactively connecting with them and taking ownership for the guest experience. You take pride in Holmes and advise our guests of who we are and what we do, including our drinking and eating options and make suggestions to suit their needs  You know the stories and take pride in our neighbourhood, you delight in discovery while advising our guests of where to go and what to do

What you bring:

You are good to be around and proud of what you do, you enjoy doing this and it shows. You are curious about people and their needs and are confident to deliver. You are able to work well with others throughout the Hotel to get the job done. You are calm and composed and able to reflect our style and image.
