At the heart of our hotels are of course of people who through their vibrancy and energy bring our properties to life. We are now seeking a team of diverse and dynamic individuals that will capture the very essence of the Standard London to join our team as an F&B Coordinator.

Your role

As an F&B Coordinator, you will become part of an exceptional service team that not only delights our guests, but also excites them; taking them out of their comfort zone whilst taking care of them. You will play a key role with communication between our various F&B outlets as well as other departments within the hotel, assisting with effective F&B operations and reporting. In addition, you will handle internal and external enquiries and provide relevant information about The Standard, London’s F&B products and services. You will also assist with administration activities such as preparing and printing menus and collateral.

While prior experience as an F&B Coordinator is always useful all are welcome at the Standard; you will have however an uncompromised and natural flair for service and be able to build genuine relationships with guests that enable us to not only preempt needs but foresee desires. In addition to this you will also need….

  • A proven track record as an F&B Coordinator or Restaurant Administration role with admin support experience, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ or boutique hotel sector, or high-end restaurant, bar or entertainment venues.
  • Have exceptional administration and organisation skills with great attention to detail.
  • As the world’s premier international City you will need to be fluent in English, in addition we do of course welcome speakers of other key international languages.
  • Candidates should be confident with outgoing personalities able to deal with both senior management and multiple external service providers
  • Qualifications in Administration, Food & Beverage or Business are desirable
  • Experience of using Fourth and Opera PMS is advantageous.
