We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Bar Tenders to join our team.

About you

​As a true team player in a high volume, fast paced, busy, buzzing, customer focused bar/restaurant environment you will:

• Be “the face” and ambassador for Bistrot Pierre, demonstrating a passion and pride for the brand in all that you do
• Be a true team player, a “people person” and an awesome colleague to work with
• Be focused on delivering an exceptional customer service, always with our guests' memorable experience in mind
• Have a seemingly never-ending abundance of energy for going that extra mile for both our guests and your colleagues
• Be ambitious for being the best you can be, open to opportunities and for enhancing and developing your skills and talent
• Support in our culture of recognition and celebration of team success
• Ensure health and safety and food safety regulations are adhere to at all times
• Be knowledgeable and confident discussing our full range of beverage offerings and be able to identify opportunities, where appropriate for customers which may sit outside of our main beverage offerings
• Demonstrate a commercial understanding in how you can influence our key business performance metrics of sales,customer service and profit
