We have an amazing opportunity for a strong, ambitious Assistant Manager to join our beautiful pub restaurant The White Hart in Sevenoaks. A food-led site with a fantastic selection of ales, wines, gins and whiskeys we're a firm favourite in the area and have remained busy since reopening the doors after lockdown.

As Assistant Manager you'll be helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. That means you'll be serving guests in the bar & restaurant, helping to train & lead our lovely team and managing busy services & special events. We'll train you across all different areas of the business and help you to each your full potential, growing and developing with the pub.

About you:

• Passionate about food and drink with plenty of knowledge
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar fresh food-led pub business
• Hands on with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Keen & eager to learn and, most importantly, to make people happy!
