Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (20-22k per annum- 40 hours per week ) 

We are a newly refurbished hotel having been purchased by Boundless in 2018 and are looking to expand on our Food & Beverage offerings. We have a fantastic opportunity full time Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manger to join the Westcliff Team. The role will be a mixture of day and evening shifts (8 hour) including weekends. 

The ideal candidates for this role will have experience working within a busy restaurant or food and beverage environment. 

You will be required to take responsibility for the daily running of the department in the absence of the restaurant manager, which would involve stock ordering, stocktaking, recruitment, staff rota, training, as well as maintaining exceptionally high standards. You must be reliable, very organised and hard-working and a strong team player who is totally committed to exceeding guest expectations. A minimum of two Duty Mangers shifts per week. 

Experience in a supervisory front of house operations role is essential
